The Board would like to let you know that our next Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, September 12th at the basketball court beginning at 9:00 am. This is a good way to meet your neighbors and vote on decisions for the coming year. We really need people to attend, but if you can not make it, please send your voting proxy with a neighbor. You can find one attached to our current newsletter.
Another important task to be addressed at the Annual Meeting is to approve the newly updated Petite Lake Highwoods By-Laws. As most of you know, this has been an ongoing project for years, and the final draft is now completed! The Board would like to thank our neighbor, Denise Carlson, for the huge amount of time and effort she spent to get it finished! We could not have done it without you!
